ABOUT THE GENEVA BID
The Geneva BID improves and enhances the vibrancy of the City of Geneva’s downtown area by serving as stewards of local resources to assist businesses and property owners through supporting the maintenance, operations, events and infrastructure of the district. We strive to create a vibrant storefront filled epicenter of networking, marketing, promotion, events, and beautification. The BID stands committed to make Geneva stand out and be the true destination of the Finger Lakes Region.

Geneva is a beautiful and historic city in which to live, work, play and invest, as evidenced by the 175-plus businesses that call downtown home. We strive to create opportunities, and provide services that help our downtown merchants thrive.

The focus of the Geneva BID centers on the growth and maintenance of our downtown district. The BID’s key programs include:

Business recruitment and retention
Promotion and unification
Planning and coordinating events
Promoting and marketing businesses
OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Geneva BID Board of Directors is composed of Downtown Property Owners, Business Owners, a City Council Representative, the City Manager, and the City Comptroller.
